The junction box is sunk right into a hole in the wall, and has a supporting edge, which will rest up against the front surface of the wall. There is also a clamping bracket, which is engaged on the inside wall of the hole. The back of the junction box (1) is made with fixed ratchet teeth (11) near the conductor holes (6, 8, 9). They are used to fix the wall ties (4). There are complimentary teeth (12) on the other side of the wall ties, so that the ties can only move in the direction of the holes in the junction box.
