<p>A connector for two optical fibres or two bundles of optical fibres equipped with cylindrical terminals. The connector comprises one sleeve made of an elastic material and provided with a longitudinal slot. The two terminals to be connected are introduced into the sleeve, which is then compressed by fixing means acting through rings, thereby aligning, centring and fixing the terminals.</p> |
