PURPOSE:The title die capable of spinning non-woven fabrics for a long period steadily, wherein movable spacers for setting a gas blowing nozzle gap in contact with the nozzle piece at points are provided to maintain and adjust the gap dimension with a high accuracy. CONSTITUTION:The spacers 5 are attached to the air lip 3 by the press plates 6, and a pair of air lips 3 are fixed to the nozzle piece 2 connected to the die part 11 with the bolts 12 via the set-back(s) setting spacers 8. The air lips 3 are pressed by the push-pull bolt 15 to bring the spacers 5 into contact with the nozzle piece 2 at substantial points, and the gaps H of the gas outlet holes 10 are set. The spacer fitting holes 17 are tapered to hold the spacers 5 slidably or rotatably. The length of the spacers is 2 times or less the width G1 of the gas blowing holes 4, and uniform gas streams are jetted from both sides of the orifice 9. |
