PURPOSE:To enable the periphery of an obstacle on a road surface to be easily cut by attaching a hydraulic motor through a bracket to an end of an arm mounted pivotably on a boom attached drivably to the rear of a mobile vehicle and attaching a rotary cutting body to the hydraulic motor. CONSTITUTION:A boom 50 driven by a drive unit of a mobile vehicle 9 is attached to the rear of the vehicle swingably left, right, upward and downward, and an arm 53 is connected pivotably vertically to an end of the boom 50. Also, a bracket 25 on an end of the arm 53 is driven by the hydraulic cylinder 54 vertically swingably. The bracket 25 is provided with a hydraulic motor 26 which rotatably drives a disk 28 having a cutting edge 29 so that an asphalt cutter 1 is constituted. Thus, the periphery of an obstacle such as manhole and cut-off valve 7 on a road surface 5 can be efficiently cut. |
