PURPOSE:To efficiently provide a storage battery with the quality stabilized, by means of connecting cells with a link pole having an engagement groove for the partition of electrolytic bath and a pair of legs connected to the strap of plate group. CONSTITUTION:A link pole 1 is provided with a groove 1a, to which partition 2a an electrolytic bath 2 is engaged, and a pair of legs 1b, which is connected to a strap 3a of a plate group 3. With the plate group 3, laminated and arranged as a unit of every battery, set to a welding jig simultaneously with the link pole 1 arranged and the strap 3a constructed, the leg 1b of the link pole 1 is welded to the respective strap 3a. In this way, the plate group, being obtained as a unit at every battery with a connection made between the cells, is simultaneously inserted into each cell of the electrolytic bath 2, successively with a synthetic resin injection molded to a slotted part 2b of the partition, and this portion after processed a work of holding the air-tightness, and the battery is jointed to the electrolytic bath 2 constructing a storage battery. |
