<p>Compsn for prodn of moulding cpds impregnants and coatings curable by UV radn comprising mixture of unsat polyester resins and stabilised comonomers contg photochem, initiators, polymerise initiators and/or activating agents and or waxes or paraffins, contain as photochem initiators, a combination of (a) 0.1-4 wt.% benzoin ether and (b) a mixture of is not 2 diff. trivalent p cpds of (b) 0.1-20 wt.% organic esters of H3PO3 of gen formula (where R1, R2 and R3 are same or diff. being (cyclo) aliphatic aromatic araliphatic or heterocyclic, at least 1 R being aromatic) and (b") 0.05-2 wt % of organo- PH3 derivs of formula - The wt. percentages are based on the toal wt of resin and wt. of comonomers. Articles produced have a high stability to storage, action of heat light etc.</p> |
