PURPOSE:To obtain a foreign goods total system including goods control by providing a host computer with an information file for foreign goods of business, shipment, etc., of the head office and terminal equipments in branch offices connected to the host computer via transmission circuits. CONSTITUTION:In the head office, main memory unit 31 stored with control program region 34 including a monitor program executing and controlling processing programs and system input output region 35, system disc 32 stored with a system library, user's programs in an execution form, etc., and host computer 1 with data file 33 stored with foreign goods information of business information and shipment information are installed. In each branch, terminal equipment 11 connected to the computer in the head office via transmission line 10 is provided. By a request from equipment 11, processing program in the execution form are alloted to user area 36 of main memory unit 31 from the system library to match with business information and shipment information in file 33, thereby generating a document which can be confirmed immediately from any point in addition to goods control.
