摘要 <p>The copper alloy contains 3 to 12% by weight of aluminium, 4 to 7% by weight of nickel, 3 to 6% by weight of iron and 0.3 to 5% by weight of silicon. The remainder consists of copper and impurities resulting from the manufacture. The silicon and aluminium contents should here obey the relationships % Si x % Al = at least 4 and at most 15, and preferably % Si x % Al = at least 6 and at most 12 (field B of Figure 1). Such a copper alloy can resist the vigorous acid attack, such as occurs in pickling plants, and also mechanical stresses, for example fatigue stress loading. It is therefore particularly suitable for the manufacture of pickling equipment. <IMAGE></p>
