PURPOSE:To obtain any concave and convex linearlity between an input and output by appling an input signal to one input terminal of a multiplier and an algebraic sum signal, of a signal relating to the output of the multiplier and a reference signal, to the other input terminal. CONSTITUTION:To one input terminal 5' of multiplier 1, input signal voltage Ei from signal application terminal 5 is applied and to the other input terminal 3', output voltage Em (=Eb+ or -kEo; the algebraic sum of reference voltage Eb from input terminal 4 and output + or -kEo of circuit 2 which sets coefficient (k) by receiving output Eo of multipler 1) from adder 3 is applied, thereby obtaining a secondary equation of output voltage Eo shown by [I]. Next, the polarity of (k) is set positive and a value equivalent to resistance variation Rt of a thermoresistance is inputted as E1 so as to obtain the concave shape of II of non-linearlity (R'); and (k) is set negative and a value equivalent to thermoelectromotive force Et of thermocouple is inputted as E1 so as to obtain the convex shape of II of non- linearlity (E'), so that a simple circuit can make correction of non-linearlity of the thermoresistance, thermocouple, etc., by adequately selecting the value of (k). |
