PURPOSE:To obtain a regenerating machine of waste plastics which consists of a melting device, a cylinder provided with agitating blades and a mixing device. CONSTITUTION:Waste thermoplastic resin material classified previously (for example, waste polyethylene classified according to colors) is loaded into a hopper 1a, cut into appropriate size chips by a cutter blade 1b, transferred into a melting device 1 and melted and then transferred into a cylinder 2 provided with a heater 4. Molten resin is agitated by a rotary blade 5 in the cylinder 2, and at the same time, coloring agents, plasticizer and stabilizer contained in medium vessels 9a-9c are supplied via a passing hole 7 to the molten resin in the cylinder 2. Next, the molten resin is transferred to a mixer below, transferred right being mixed between a rotating shaft 19a with a trapezoidal thread projection and the inside wall of a cylinder 19 and taken out from an outlet 20 as regenerated resin. |
