PURPOSE:To improve the workability and to reduce the cost by constructing the clasp pin with hollow metallic pin having double structure tip thereby facilitating the jointing with the lead. CONSTITUTION:The clasp pin 1 is a hollow tube having outer diameter of 2.3mm and overall length of 10.6mm made of brass of 0.35mm thickness, where an inflated section 2 is provided at the root while its tip is folded along 3.2mm wall to provide double structure and the tip of said double structure is inwardly tapered. |
