A device for simplifying the installation of drapes, particularly pleated drapes. A pair of the devices or fixtures are adapted to be mounted on the upper portions of a window, door frame or wall and the fabric may be inserted through and folded around each fixture in a manner to form a corner of the drapery installation. In addition, provision is made for the optional mounting of a decorative member on the fixture.
