<p>The cooling arrangement for an electric motor enables the air to be extracted by a fan from zones of the air surrounding the motor where the temp. matches them requirements on it, so as to guarantee constant motor power by providing sufficient cooling of the motor. The inlet orifice of the cooling air is provided with a pipe whose mouth is located some distance from the electric motor. An additional fan wheel is specif mounted on them otor armature shaft to intensify the cooling air flow. The fan may simultaneously be used for cooling the radiator of an IC engine.</p> |
