<p>The exercise machine has adjustable tension and can be used anywhere and in may positions for exercise or re-education. It has a frame and a case contg. two drums (7, 8) on which cables (9, 10) are wound. These pass through vertical and/or horizontal slots in the case and are fixed to handles (11, 12). The drums, connected to springs (29, 30) are mounted on a shaft (15) supported at one end in a bearing (17). The other end is supported in a cup bearing (19) contg. a coil spring (20) pushing against a stop (21). The tension is adjusted by a handle (22) fixed on the end of the shaft.</p> |
