发明名称 MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ELECTROMAGNETIC CLUTCH
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To easily manufacture the rotary body with less reactive magnetic flux by constituting the rotary body to convey torque when the clutch is engaged by connecting the non-magnetic material to the multi number of ring shaped members with appropriate spaces. CONSTITUTION:The first rotary body 3 with the V groove is constituted of multi number of ring shaped members 21-23, and is connected by the non-magnetic material. The second rotary body 11 which is clamped when the clutch is engaged to convey torque is connected to the shaft 16. When the electric current is supplied to the electromagnetic coil 9, the magnetic flux phi alternatively passes through the first and the second rotary bodies 3, 11 which are connected resisting the leaf spring 13. As the each ring 21-23 is not magnetically connected throughout the whole circuit and does not short-circuit in the same rotary body, and no reactive magnetic flux is generated, there generates the strong suction force.</p>
