PURPOSE:To secure a high-accuracy matching of the frequency via the method featuring a high productivity and yield by providing the position movable gold or the like considerably close to the area opposing to the electrode of the oscillator and then sticking the gold or the like onto the electrode through the irradiation of the laser beam and the like. CONSTITUTION:Case 7 is made of the transparent material such as the glass or the like, and position movable material 8 such as the gold or the like is provided considerably close to the area opposing to electrode 2 of oscillator 1 at part of case 7. Here laser beam 9 or the like is irradiated to material 8 to evaporate the necessary amount and then to make it stick onto electrode 2, thus controlling the frequency of oscillator 1. As a result, a high-accuracy matching becomes possible for the frequency via the method of a high mass productivity and high yield. |
