EXAMPLE:N-Methyl-N-cyclohexyl-p-methoxybenzamide. USE:Antithrombosis, anti-inflammatory, antiulcerative and antiasthamic. PREPARATION:A known compound of formula 2 is reacted with a halogenating reagent to form a compound of formula 3 (X is Cl, Br), which is reacted with a known amine of formula 4 in the presence of acid acceptor to give the compound of formula 1. |
