PURPOSE:To provide a single-lens reflex camera with a photometer capable of eliminating the influence of outside light made incident from a finder side by performing a non-reflection treatment on the lower surface of a beam splitter plate and on the end surface opposite to a light receiving element with respect to a half mirror in the beam splitter plate. CONSTITUTION:A photographing beam A which is transmitted through a photographing lens 1 reflects on a mirror 2 and passes through the beam splitter plate 3, and then forms an image on the focal plane 5 of a finder. A part of the beam reflects on the half mirror 6 and makes incident on the light receiving element 7 to measure the brightness of an object. The lower surface 3a of the beam splitter plate 3 is subjected to the non-reflection treatment with a multi-layer film. The end surface 3b opposite to the light receiving element 7 with respect to the half mirror 6, is ground and subjected to the non-reflection treatment with a mat black coating. As a result, even when the outside light B makes incident on the beam splitter plate 3 from the finder side through the focal plane 5, the intensity of the outside light which makes incident on the light receiving element 7 is very weak and the influence thereof can be ignored. By this means, the brightness of an object can be measured accurately. |
