Jet nozzle for liquids containing impurities - has hollow plug and spring loaded inner sleeve inside outer sleeve with locknuts

The nozzle for delivering jets of liquid containing impurities, such as solutions, suspensions etc., is suitable for centrifugal use and avoids blockage or damage. A sleeve of small dia. screws onto the delivery part, with a locknut locking them together. The larger dia. internally threaded part screws onto a headed rear plug member with a hole through the middle. A plunger which fits inside, has an enlarged front end with a circle of holes through it. Between this end and the inside end of the plug member is a helical spring. A locknut around the outside of the plug member locks it against the rear of the outer sleeve. At the end of the plug member is a conical jet head with a flange at then outer end. The sloping body fits into a countersink hole in the end of the plug member.
