PURPOSE:To provide an automatic combustion controlling system for waste incinerator, which is capable of automatically keeping its waste incinerating rate at a constant level through control of the stoker speed and amount of air supplied to the incinerator. CONSTITUTION:Comparative operator 13 produces a signal for increasing air supply rate. Increased air supply rate is maintained at the level, for instance, for an hour. Since combustion is promoted when the air supply rate is increased, extinguishing point on the combustion stoker is retracted. As the result, amount of light received by extinguishing point detecting means 2 is decreased, and a control signal is produced for increasing the stoker speed. As the stoker speed is increased, movement of refuse is promoted and refuse that has stayed in hopper 22 also begins to drop into the incinerator. When the amount of refuse in hopper 22 is decreased, the following refuse introducing rate can be increased. Actually, refuse introducing rate is sometimes increased over a desired level. In such a case, air supply rate is controlled to reduce. |
