<p>The controls system is intended for a gear transmission changeable under load via hydraulic and spring-actuated couplings. It comprises a coupling for two forward gears (V, 1, 2) and one ofr reverse (R) switched respectively by hydraulic actuating rods (3, 4) pref. under the control of a common lever (40). The rod (4) is moved via the lever and a valve which, in the neutral position, connected to drain. Each rod carries a bush (9, 28) with teeth (8, 27) normal to its centre line. The bushes are coupled (16, 33) to the rods for movement in the axial direction. The lever rotates a pinion (37) meshing with the teeth on both bushes.</p> |
