PURPOSE:To erase display similarly to the conventional radio receiver without watch when the power source of the radio receiver is turned off in case that the watch/radio display selector switch is switched to the radio side and perform time display in case that the switch above is switched to the time display side. CONSTITUTION:When switch 14 is closed, that is, switch 14 is switched to the radio side, a micro computer turns on relay 18 to turn on the power source of the radio receiver when power source switch 13 is closed. The radio becomes a receiving state automatically on a receiving frequency set by the mu computer by the action of PLL part 5. In this case, the sum, the difference, etc., of IF frequencies are operated on a basis of data sent from the mu computer to frequency divider 6, and the operation result is made into 7-segment data through a BCD-7 segment decoder constituted by the PLA (programmable logic array) inside the mu computer, and the frequency is displayed on display equipment 12. When switch 14 is opened, the display data processing is switched to make time display possible. |
