SIGNAL DETECTION CIRCUIT FOR INTEGRATED CIRCUIT

PURPOSE:To obtain an integrated circuit which omits the terminal for the switch signal by applying the mode switch signal to one of the signal output terminals sent from the integrated circuit and thus sharing the input terminal of the mode switch signal and the output terminal of the signal. CONSTITUTION:Mode change-over switch SW is provided between power voltage application terminal 3 and output signal terminal 4 sent from output terminal 8 of integrated circuit 1, and active states A and B of two modes are switched selectively. In such circuit, the DC potential is connected in series to final-step transistor Tr3 of the output circuit of one of the circuit which deliver the signals to outside, and applied to terminal 4 of the output circuit in accordance to the mode switch. Then the current Miller circuit the DC current of which varies by the change of the DC potential is provided, along with voltage drop element 8 which is inserted to one current route of the current Miller. Thus the voltage according to the mode switch signals is obtained from joint 4 of the current Miller circuit and element 8.
