PROCESS:The compound I is prepared by alkylating or aralkylating the compound III (A<+> is alkali cation) obtained by the reaction of a uridine II (R1 is amino, alkoxy, etc.) with formaldehyde in a reaction solvent such as water, alcohol or pyridine at pH7-14 and -10 deg.C to room temperature.</p> |
