PURPOSE:To enhance the test reliability as well as to shorten the test time by securing the simulation for the hum component, the white nozzle and others through mixture, amplification and attenuation given to the white nozzle signals and a number of AC signals featuring a fixed relation between the frequency and the high frequency. CONSTITUTION:When rectangular wave oscillator 10 oscillates the rectangular wave of, for example, 50Hz, the rectangular wave is supplied to BPF11-13 featuring a high frequency relation to the oscillation frequency. And these output signals are supplied to mixing circuit 30 via VR1-VR3 which function as the control means. While the output given from white nozzle generator 14 is supplied to circuit 30 via tone control circuit 15 and control means VR4. These two signals are mixed up and circuit 30 and then supplied to test output terminal A via attenuator 31. In such way, the simulation signals can be obtained for the actual use, thus enhancing the test reliability and shortening the test time. |
