PURPOSE:To perform economical condensing treatment corresponding to leak within the ammonia cycle, by back-washing the resin after desalting, classifying the cation resin into three layers and anion resin into two layers, and charging into the desalting tower after mix-bedding at the salt form resin content. CONSTITUTION:The resin in a desalting tower 1 is shifted into a cation regeneration tower 2, and is separated into cation and anion resins by back-washing. Then, the anion resin in the upper part is shifted into an anion regeneration tower 3. Mineral acid and caustic soda are fed into both resin layers to regenerate. The upper layer part 6 of this cation resin layer is drawn into a mixing tank 5, the intermediate layer part 7 into a mixing tank 4, and the upper layer part 9 of the anion resin layer into the mixing tank 4, and the lower layer part 10 into the mixing tank 5. A mixed bed 13 containing salt form resin is charged in the lower part of the desalting tower 1, a mixed bed 12 not containing the same in the middle part, and a cation resin 11 in the upper part. Since all resin layers are used only when condensing abnormal water passed, the condensing treatment may be economically performed within the ammonia cycle. |
