<p>PURPOSE:To simplify a manufacturing process by preventing manufacturing facility from enlarging in scale and assembling operations such as adjustements and checks from becoming complicated by dividing a mechanism part into two blocks and by fabricating, adjusting and checking respective blocks along sub-lines. CONSTITUTION:Resin-formed frame 6 obtained by forming a set of framework of resin in one is provided with positioning pin 1 and fitting hole 6b for 1st base body 4 and fitting hole 6a for 2nd base body 5. Further, surfaces 6d and 6c where the 1st base 4 and 2nd base 5 are held are terraced in parallel. The 1st and 2nd bases 4 and 5, fabricated along different sub-lines, are adjusted and checked by using jigs, etc., and then fitted to resin-formed frame 6 along a main assembling line. Therefore, the manipulation of bases during fixture of components, adjustments and checks is simplified and productivity can be improved.</p> |
