<p>PURPOSE:To improve the overinput characteristics of a zero phase current transformer by narrow magnetic core sectional area at one or more positions of a magnetic core having no cut portion nor gap. CONSTITUTION:A hole 14 is perforated at a planar annular magnetic core 1. The cores 1 thus perforated are laminated by aligning the holes 14 at the same position or by aligning the holes 14 equally dispalced. A current transformer using the magnetic cores thus constructed exhibits very low overinput characteristic value even if various conditions such as size and number of secondary winding are the same as the conventional one with the result that no output is simultaneously lowered. The hole may be in shape such as diamond, rectangular in addition to circle or cut on the outer or inner peripheral edge of the magnetic core sectional area. Since this constitution does not almost effect to each other among the overinput characteristic value and producing condition and designing condition, it is advantageous for the design and production.</p> |
