PURPOSE:To increase both the input resistance and the durability for the voice coil by immersing the thermosetting resin such as the epoxy, polyester or the like into the carbon fiber or the glass fiber and then molding the voice coil bobbin under the semihardened state with turning of the lead wire. CONSTITUTION:The thermosetting resin such as the epoxy, polyester or the like is immersed into the carbon fiber or the glass fiber or into both of them to be molded into the bobbin under the semihardened state. Then the bobbin is fitted into the voice coil tool with the lead wire wound round the bobbin in the necessary turns and together with coating of the adhesive. After this, the heat treatment is applied for hardening, thus producing a voice coil. For the voice coil thus produced, the thermosetting resin doubles the adhesive for the lead wire and the bobbin. As a result, the adhesion between the lead wire and the bobbin can be improved more than ever, thus causing no breakdown at all to the large input as well as increasing the durability greatly. |
