<p>PURPOSE:To produce artificial hot spring water that contains water-soluble substances such as carbon dioxide gas, etc., by bringing raw water countercurrently into contact with combustion gas of anaerobic digestion gas so as to transfer water-soluble substances and sensible heat from the combustion gas to the raw water. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical body 1 is provided with a liquid receiver 1a at its lower portion, and a liquid drain pipe 2 on its bottom plate, an exhaust duct 1b on its top, and raw water spray nozzles 3 in its upper portion to supply raw water from a raw water supply pipe 3a. In its middle portion, perforated plates, as packing material, made of water-permeable ceramic are overlaid each other to form a packed bed in which the raw water sprayed by spray nozzles 3 infiltrates into the packing materials, and comes into contact with the gas while the raw water gradually flows down. In its lower portion, a gas burner 5 is installed, and combustible gas as a raw material is supplied from a gas supply pipe 5a. A drip cover is equipped above the gas burner 5. As a raw combustible gas, for example, a gas generated from methane fermentation process for piggery manure treatment can be used, and as raw water, well water can be used.</p> |
