PURPOSE:To secure the characteristics which is steady in terms of both the electric and mechanical properties along with a low cost by forming two coaxial probes on a sheet of the thin dielectric substrate and then inserting such substrate into the gas transport tube in the tube axis direction. CONSTITUTION:Two units of coaxial prove 3 are formed by adhering conductor foil 10 onto a sheet of thin dielectric substrate 2, and then inserted into gas transport tube 14 in the tube axis direction. In such constitution, the transport of the gas is never blocked at all and the vibrations caused by the gas pressure and given to substrate 2 can be reduced. Accordingly, the propagation properties is never impaired for the electromagnetic wave. |
