<p>Isoquinoline derivs. of formula (I) are new (where A is 3-pyridyl, 3-isoquinolyl, or 3-alkyl-isoquinolyl, the alkyl group having 1-10C). Also their (R) and (S) isomers, mixts. of isomers and their acid-addition salts. I) are Analgesic, antiinflammatory and antipyretic agents, active at 0.25-100 mg/kg orally in animals. Acute LD50 orally in mice 500-5000 mg/kg.</p> |
