PLASTIC FORMING EXTRUDING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To plasticize multiple kind of resins efficiently with one type of screw by arranging a fixed barrel on the outer perimeter of a screw for extruding machine and a rotary barrel rotating round the screw. CONSTITUTION:From rotating a screw 1 with resin in a hopper 3, the resin comes in a groove 6 to go to a nozzle 4 side, and whenever the resin comes to a rotary barrel 5, it is subjected to a relative velocity of revolution given by a difference in running speed between the screw 1 and the rotary barrel 5. Where plasticization and kneading of the resin are short, the rotary barrel 5 is made to run reversely to the direction in which the screw 1 runs. A kneading of the resin can be fortified from rotating the rotary barrel 5 which is provided near the hopper 3 side in the same direction as rotations of the screw 1; an extrusion rate of the resin can be then increased from rotating the rotary barrel 5 reversely to the direction in which the screw 1 runs. Rotations at high speed will not be necessary consequently.
