PURPOSE:To obtain a magnetic head suitable to a high-density recording tape by using a material obtained by stacking a Ni-Fe alloy plate high in initial permeablity and pure iron high in saturation magnetic flux density, and iron-radical alloy by turns or in a close state. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic head is formed of a magnetic-material plate obtained by stacking 70-90 Ni-Fe alloy plate A of more than 5,000 in initial permeability, pure iron of more than 8,000G in saturation magnetic-flux density, iron-radical alloy, 50% of Ni-Fe alloy B, 50% of Co-Fe alloy C, 3% of Si-Fe alloy D, etc., in a form of ABAB..., AABB..., ACAC..., or ADDA.... Consequently, magnetic characteristics can be obtained which is hardly obtained by using a signle material and a magnetic head suitable to a high-density recording tape can also be obtained. |
