The control circuit has the series combination of a capacitor (C2) and a resistor (R3) in parallel with the series combination of a transformer's first secondary winding (NW2)-with parallel attenuating resistor (R1) - and a rectifier (D1). The resulting parallel combination is connected to the collector of one control transistor (Ts2). The second secondary winding (NW3) is connected to the collector of the other control transistor (Ts3) via the parallel combination of an inductor (Dr1) and a resistor (R4). The bases of the two transistors are connected to the control circuit.
