PURPOSE:To obtain a paper sheet feed mechanism causing no slackening in the sheet, capable of manually adjusting a sheet position by controlling a turn on and off of the holding current of a pulse motor by a voltage comparison circuit or the like having a comparably simple construction, without utilizing a corn clutch. CONSTITUTION:A pulley 2-1, speed detector plate 8 and speed detector 10 are mounted on a pulse motor 1. When the output V1 of the speed detector 10 exceeds a standard voltage V2, a pulse is issued during a short time to inform a paper-feed controlling circuit 17 of the manual paper feeding, the pulse motor 1 is stopped and a counter 14 is also stopped. When the manual adjustment of the paper position is completed, because there is no time point to cross the V2 the V1, the counter 14 continues to count an output clock from a clock pulse generator 16. The output of the counter 14 is transmitted to a return-time comparator circuit 15. When a predetermined number n of pulses is counted, an information is delivered to a control circuit 17 to return the holding current to the pulse motor 1. |
