PURPOSE:To mechanize the work reacing operation, by opposedly approaching the work position adjusting table to deflectably hold the work to the rack supporting table. CONSTITUTION:When works are arranged on a work parallel disposition trough 21, work grippers are lowered through lifting links 46, 47, so that the works are gripped. Then, when the works are lifted by lifting links 46, 47, a work position adjusting table 25 moves towards a rack supporting table 10. In this period of time, adjustment of work intervals and work deflection action are carried out, so that each work gripped is extended to an interval corresponding to the interval of racking pins 5 of the rack. On the other hand, each hollow shaft 36 is rotated, and the direction of works is opposed to the protruding direction of work racking pins 5. When the rack supporting table 10 is moved from the waiting position toward the work position adjusting table 25, the work racking pins 5 of the rack are inserted into holes in works to be stopped. Bt this mechanism, the work racking opertion may be saved of labor. |
