PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of the measured results of a spectroscopic photometer using an image sensor by integrating and averaging the mesuared data of several times. CONSTITUTION:A one-dimentional image sensor 24 is canned with the clock pulses of a clock pulse generator 20 so that a wavelength designating signal is generated from a converter 36 when any wavelength is designated by a wavelength designating switch 34. On the other hand, an address signal output circuit 30 synchronizes with the drive of the photoelectric converting unti of the sensor 24 to generate respective address signals. Those two signals are compared by a coincidence circuit 32 to generate a coincidence signal. The photoelectric converted signals synchronized therewith are ged through a gate 26 into an adding circuit 40. These operations are repeated until a counter 46 accomplishes a preset number of counting operations. Then, its function is stopped at 48 so that the output of the circuit 40 is fed to a dividing circuit 50, where the division is performed with the measured times to generate an average value. Thus, it is possible to improve the reliability of the measured data. |
