TITLE METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MIXING GASES IN A CLOSED CHAMBER A method and apparatus are provided for rapidly distributing a first gas throughout a chamber that contains both the first gas and a second gas. The invention is particularly useful in the pressurizing of tennis ball centers with a low permeability gas, where the diffusion rate between the low permeability gas and air is very slow. By this invention, the distribution of the low permeability gas throughout the mold can be accomplished in a much shorter period of time by a mechanical mixing method and apparatus that involves circulating the mixture of gases inside the mold through a conduit and pump located outside the mold.
