PURPOSE:To make the forming of end insulators easy by forming wire winding layers and at the same time, folding a tape insulator plural times in the direction of width, laminate-winding it at the end of the winding layers and lap-winding it on the wound layers in the released state of the tape insulator. CONSTITUTION:Starting from the tip of wire 2 pulled out in the axial direction on the outside of an insulator cylinder 1 and formed into a lead wire 2a, the wire 2 is wound round orderly along the outside of the insulating cylinder 1 and is wound round concentrically being changed to an upper layer at the end of each winding layer, and the end tip is formed similarly to the beginning end to be formed into a lead wire 2d. Between the winding layers of the wire 2, plane tape insulator 6 of a width P which has thickness necessary for inter-layer insulating and is lapped in the axial direction is inserted. End insulators 3a and 3b of one layer thickness ta and two layer thickness tb can be formed easily by inserting zigzag shape tape insulator 7 formed by folding the wire insulator 6 of each winding layer in the same width as an end insulating distance 5, and winding can also be automated. |
