PURPOSE:The captioned welding material which comprises compounding C, Si, Mw, Cr, Mo, Ni, Fe, etc. at the specific weight ratios and which is capable of reducing the ferrite amount in the deposited metal and improving strength and toughness. CONSTITUTION:The welding material of 9Cr-Mo base steel is obtained by compounding C; 0.03 to 0.1%, Si; 0.05 to 0.8%, Mn; 0.3 to 1.5%, Cr; 8 to 10%, Mo; 1 to 3.5%, Ni; 2 to 3%, the rest Fe and unavoidable impurities based on weight. The use of this welding material enables the ferrite in the deposited metal to be reduced and the strength and toughness of the deposited metal to be improved. |
