<p>A ski boot fixation device comprises a lever pivotally mounted on a support about horizontal and vertical axes in relation to the plane of a ski. Boot holding means on one end of the lever can be releasably held in operative position by a pair of cooperating pieces on the lever and the support which are urged together by a spring. The lateral stress required to free the lever from operative position is made constant, i.e. independent of vertical displacement of the lever, by means compensating for the change in the pressure of the spring due to vertical displacement of the lever.</p> |
