PURPOSE:To manufacture transum construction easily, by connecting a reinforcement having rigidity provided in a body to the end of transum connection of hull structure member, piling on transum member having rigidity on the side of hull. CONSTITUTION:Transum section 2 formed at the stern of small sized ship 1 made of plastic is constructed with transum member 3 having rigidity on the side of hull and a reinforcement 4 connected piling it. That is, first under the condition which the hull is turned out, a reinforcement 4 is installed to the rear end of the deck 5 in a body, subsequently, glass mat 7 impregnated plastic is arranged to the connecting surface of the reinforcement 4 and the transum member 3, both 3, 4 are stuck. Thereby, prior to connecting the deck 5 and the hull 6, sealing work of connecting portion of transum member 3 and the deck 5 can be carried out, the work is carried out very easily comparing the method to seal after the deck 5 has been installed to the hull 6. |
