发明名称 PRODUCTION OF INSTANT HAMBURGER
摘要 PURPOSE:Minced meat, vegetables and seasoners are kneaded and wrapped with thin meat to give a form, then sliced, refrigerated, packed under vacuum, and heated in hot water, thus producing said instant hamburger with well-balanced nutrition, good color and meat texture. CONSTITUTION:Minced neat mix, vegitables, and seasoners are kneaded by stirring. In the meantime thin pork is placed on a reed screen or cloth and the kneaded product is placed on the pork sheet. The kneaded product is rolled with the pork sheet, compressed adequately, formed into block 6. After cooled in a refrigerator, the block 6 is cut into slices of prescribed thickness 7. These slices are freezed, packaged in vacuum, and then treated with hot water of 100 deg.C to give the objictive product.
