A cable suitable for connecting an amplifier to a loud speaker comprises a plurality of conductor strips e.g. 14, 15 braided together, to conductor strips each being formed from a plane parallel plurality of high-purity soft copper wires e.g. 0.18-0.20 mm diameter coated with an insulating film eg of polyurethane resin 0.0101-0.17 mm thick. A vinyl resin sheath 17 protects the cable, which may be braided into a flat shape. The cable is said to be improved against deterioration of the frequency characteristic in the high-pass region and to have improved response characteristics and waveform reproducibility. <IMAGE> |
