PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of hunting without impairing high accuracy and high speed of a control system by providing a means to eliminate quantized noises between a phase-compensation circuit and a power amplifier in a control system of a motor positioning device. CONSTITUTION:A low-pass filter 9 is serially provided between a phase-compensation circuit 7 and a power amplifier 8, and the filter 9 eliminates quantized noises containing high-frequency components which have no relation to control characteristics. The variation in revolution of a motor 2 is quantized by a position sensor 3, and supplied to the phase-compensation circuit 7 by way of a DA converter 6. If quantized noises are contained in the output signal (which is to be a motor- control signal) from the phase-compensation signal 7, the noises are eliminated in the filter 9. Thus, the control signal, which is to be applied to the motor 2, does not contain quantized noises whose bandwidth exceeds the spefified limit. In this constitution, resonance is not generated in the shaft of the motor 2, thereby control is correctly accomplished. |
