PURPOSE:To enable the accurate measurement of the concentration of chlorine ions even when an admixture is mixed in ready mixes concrete, by repeating a dipping process, a potential measuring process and a washing process and by making computation from a relational formula. CONSTITUTION:A sensitive film 2 of a ion electrode sensor 1 contains silver chloride as a main component, while a detecting element 3 is constructed of a lead wire 11 and a reference electrode 12 immersed in a potassium nitrate solution, and the potential of the sensitive film 2 is detected by a voltmeter V. At first, the sensitive film 2 is put in a state of not yet reacting with anions, and a dipping process wherein the sensor 1 is dipped in ready mixed concrete for about 15sec and fixed, a potential measuring process wherein the potential of the sensitive film 2 is detected at the time point of completion of dipping and a washing process wherein the sensitive film 2 is washed by water are repeated twice alternately respectively. A storage means 5A stores the measured potential at every time of measurement, and a storage means 5B stores a dipping time at every time of dipping, while an arithmetic means 7 and a concentration converting means 8 compute the concentration of chlorine ions from the relation formula of the measured potential and the dipping time and can output the result of computation to a display means 9. |
