PURPOSE:To allow easy attachment of solar batteries on a wrist watch by providing a plurality of solar batteries on a fixed plate, saide solar battery being provided with lead parts of N and P poles on the upper surface: light-receiving surface. CONSTITUTION:A P-type layer 14 is diffusion-formed on the upper surface of an N-type semiconductor substrate 13 to obtain a solar battery A , and it is divided in the form of squares by etching the side of the layer 14. N-pole lead portions 14a are each formed on the layer 14 of divided each elements and at the same time, N-pole lead portion 13a is formed which corresponds to the lead portion 14a. Thereafter, the N-layer side of a solar battery B disposed in the same manner is adhered to a fixed circular plate 11 of the size as battery B which is made of an epoxy resin, for example, and it is subjected to dicing from the N-layer side of the circular plate 11 to obtain a rectangular fixed plate on which each solar battery 12 is mounted. This permits the attachment of solar battery on a wrist watch at one time and markedly simplifies the operation of attachment. |
