PURPOSE:To prevent a turning coil from rising, when wire is being coiled by turning of a flier keeping electric wire passed through around a coiling frame, by pressing a stopper-equipped shaking plate against the coil surface. CONSTITUTION:A coiling frame 3 is previded in such a manner that it is made to pass through a coil push-in jig 7 and equipped with a blade 8 and an insulator guide 9, and an electric wire 1, which was left passing around the guide 9 by turning of a flier 2 provided in the negighborhood of the guide, is wound around the guide 9. On the other hand, by providing in advance a shaking plate 12 equipped with a stopper 11 supported by a stand 16 along the electric wire 11 to be coilde by being wound around, the wire being formed into a coil 6 is prevented from rising by the stopper 11. ..And then, the coil 6 is held by a coil push-in rod 5 provided on the coiling frame 3, and the shaking plate 12 is returned to its initial position by a balance weight 17. When winding of the coil 6 is finished, the coil 6 is pushed into a hole on the push-in jig, the coil is conveyed and then another coiling operation is started. |
