In a hanging arrangement for a picture screen a conventional parallel stay is deployed which at one end is attached to a support for the picture screen. At the other end, the parallel stay is located on a pivot with or around a primary vertical axle (12). A unit (23), or a primary arm (13) conveys the above mentioned primary vertical axle and it in turn is located around or with another vertical axle (24 and 14 respectively) which are deployed in conjunction with a largely horizontally extending separate arm (15).
